IMPORTANT: All Shortlet apartments operating within DPKAY District Estate are required to be registered with Estate Management. This form must be completed and submitted on or before Sunday, 16th August 2026.

Shortlets that remain unregistered after the deadline will be classified as ILLEGAL SHORTLET and subject to enforcement action.

I/We acknowledge that the operation of a Shortlet within DPKAY District Estate is subject to the Estate’s rules, regulations, security protocols, and applicable management requirements.

I/We undertake to ensure that all guests and occupants using the Shortlet comply with the Estate’s security procedures, access-control requirements, parking regulations, noise restrictions, and other applicable Estate rules.

I/We understand that providing false information, operating an unregistered Shortlet, or violating the Estate’s regulations may result in enforcement action against the property and/or operator.
