Confirm Your Property or Rental Payment & Visit the Estate Management Office
Upon your confirmation of payment for a property or rental, you must proceed to the Estate Management Office on Dpkay Drive for onward registration into the estate. This is a mandatory step to ensure proper documentation and seamless integration into the estate system.
Mandatory Service Charge Payment
Upon registration as a new resident, you are required to pay a mandatory one-year service charge before you become eligible to move into Dpkay District Estate. This payment is essential to cover estate management services, security, and maintenance of shared infrastructure.
Access Control Activation
Once your service charge is paid, your access to the estate is seamlessly activated:
- You will receive login credentials for the estate’s mobile access app, which manages entry and exit through the estate gates.
- The Estate App Support Team will provide these credentials immediately upon confirmation of your service charge payment.
Residency Identification & Vehicle Registration
- If you own a vehicle, you will be required to obtain a resident vehicle sticker for easy identification and entry into the estate.
- You will also need to get a residency card equipped with NFC technology, which enables you to use the automated gate access system for enhanced security and convenience.
Understanding Estate Rules & Regulations
All existing and potential residents are required to read and understand the Estate Constitution and By-laws for their own benefit. These regulations provide guidance on community living, resident obligations, and estate policies to ensure a harmonious and well-managed environment.
Sign-Out Process for Residents Moving Out
Residents who plan to move out of the estate are required to visit the Estate Management Office to sign out. This process ensures that all outstanding payments are settled before departure and that records are updated accordingly.

Finance Committee
Responsible for overseeing estate finances, including budgeting, service charge management, and financial accountability.
Residents with billing, service charge, or financial-related concerns should direct their inquiries to this committee.
Census Committee
Handles resident registration, records, and demographic data of the estate.
If you need assistance with residency registration, updates, or verification, this committee is your point of contact.
Enforcement and Compliance Committee
Ensures adherence to the Estate Constitution and By-laws.
If you observe violations of estate rules or have concerns regarding non-compliance, report them to this committee for action.
Environmental Committee
Manages all environmental and sanitation-related matters within the estate.
